This error occurs if you select British Pound as your currency for the order and Chronopay as the payment processor. Chronopay only process orders in US dollars. If you want to pay with British Pound, then you have to pay via Paypal payment processor.

I have bought a bundle of the study guides. Why am I not receiving products updation notice?
To get the notification about product(s) updation, you should subscribe to the individual product to receive the product updation notice.

Why the products bundles have blank last updated date?
Bundle comprises of products. Therefore, you should view the product page to get its latest updation date. We update the products updation dates not the bundles to whome these products are linked.

I got a product updated e-mail notification, but I am unable to find my product(s) downloadable link(s).
The downloadable link is in your account area. Login with your registered e-mail address and password. Click on the "View" icon link against your order number to view the order detail and downloadable link(s) for your product(s).

I tried to place an order but in the middle I left. Now in my account area it shows Paypal Processing Order Status?
The order(s) whose status is shown as paypal processing in your account area means you tried to place the order, but accidently did not complete the order due to any reason like shutdown of the system or power outage. These orders are deleted automatically after a few hours. You should reorder the product(s) by completing the payment procedure. You will be charged only once when you will pay through paypal.
